The brief

Since 1931 die Swiss JURA Elektroapparate AG develops innovative household appliances at the highest level. The internationally operating Swiss brand has become a global player in the last 20 years.

Over 360 guests from over 45 nations took part at the Global Sales Conference in Niederbuchsiten. The goal of the three-day event was to intensify the global cooperation and exchange. As innovation leader in the area of fully automatic coffee machines JURA was looking for an activity to loosening up the conference and which supports at the same time the innovative character of the company.

The solution and result

After a morning full of presentations with internal and external speakers the afternoon was marked by a social program full of teamwork and digital exploring. Besides fun, the discovery of the baroque city Solothurn and the global exchange these afternoon hours were also focusing on healthy movement. The challenge of the event was to bring all 360 participants with 3 buses to the city centre and guarantee a simultaneous start of the game at seven different locations.

An activity that nobody was expecting, an app that was easy to understand and tasks that brought a smile to the participants faces: the tabevent delivered a team experience that was unseen. The pictures that were taken during the afternoon were shown at the finish line and were delivering emotional moments. The showdown was, corresponding to the digital character of the afternoon, moderated by 2 virtual moderators who also guided through the evening program.
