The principle is very easy: At your organization (company premises, buildings, point of sale, campus etc.) we locate relevant content. During the Welcome Day the new employees will be led to these locations via tablet PC. Arrived at the spot the team will need to deal and answer to the given task. The new hires will receive immediate feedback in real-time and therefore have an instant learning experience. The solution approaches and answers can be analyzed afterwards and action like follow-up trainings can be taken if necessary.
